Mary has 26 years of experience and is trained in various disciplines including Nutritional Therapy, Allergy Therapy, Kinesiology, Iridology, Homotoxicology, Ayurveda, Tibetan Medicine and NAET. As a Naturopath, she believes that the body has an innate wisdom to return to health given the right circumstances and is passionate about empowering people to take responsibility for their health. Mary also teaches and has written three professional Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathic courses including Unani Tibb nutrition. Mary's areas of specialism are endocrine disorders, immune system and allergies, Eastern and alternative nutrition.
