Through assessments, we’re able to build up layers of information into a big picture of what’s going on and how your energy is changing. The plan is to keep your body in its original, natural, balance. It’s different for each of us so we establish what this is, see if/how far you’ve shifted out of balance, and check if toxins could be compromising your wellbeing

Goals

We’ll automatically set your wellness goal and change it as your body changes. We’ll automatically build you a personal food list to achieve your goal and make meal planning recommendations

Steps

We’ll monitor your progress and update your food recommendations accordingly to keep you on track. After a while, you’ll start to know what you need to eat/do and why. You’re in control! Test > Learn > Eat is a continual process for improved wellbeing.
